The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.
SASSA will probably be rendering expert services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency explained it's alarmed regarding the large number of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your significant variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office focused on service the area each day. The company stage designed for intervention experiences a large inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it difficult to the office to attend to all people website who take a look at a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to empower the servicing of all prospects and improve entry to Social Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
